Penelope Spheeris is a film director, producer and screenwriter. She directed all 3 of “The Decline of Western Civilization” with a 4th one on the way. She also directed Suburbia, Black Sheep and Wayne’s World. This was one of the most fun interviews I’ve done this year, maybe ever.
